Meet Dr. John Kim

Dr. John Kim began his academic journey at McGill University in Montreal, where he majored in Physiology. He went on to earn his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from Northwestern University in Chicago in 1999. Following his graduation, Dr. Kim completed a General Practice Residency at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, where he received advanced training in caring for medically compromised patients.

 

Dr. Kim has provided dental care in both hospital and private practice settings across New Jersey and Washington before establishing roots in British Columbia. Since 2006, he has been proudly serving the community through his private practice in Clayton Heights, BC.

 

With a focus on cosmetic and restorative dentistry, Dr. Kim is passionate about delivering expert care with compassion, precision, and patient comfort, especially for those who experience dental anxiety.

 

He remains dedicated to continuing education and stays current with the latest advancements in dental techniques and technologies. Dr. Kim takes a thoughtful, personalized approach to care, taking time to explain all available treatment options and helping patients choose the solutions that best fit their needs.
